Feta & Yogurt Dipping Sauce
A creamy, salty, tangy sauce is the perfect foil for savory and rich gyro style meat. I practically drink this stuff! You can be more sensible and just pour it over your entire plate though. Although moderation can be overrated ;)
Ingredients:
8 oz feta cheese
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
zest of 1 lemon
1 garlic cloves, grated
pinch of salt and fresh pepper
2 tablepoons olive oil
honey and red pepper flakes for topping
Directions:
Plop all of the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Store in an air tight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
