Yogurt Sauce

I’ve waxed poetic about making homemade sauces enough that you know the drill. We CAN make food that tastes as good (and usually better) than restaurant food if we put a tiny bit of effort into seasoning well and whipping a simple sauce up. This yogurt sauce is so simple and quick to pull together, but really marries the whole meal in a beautiful way. Bonus points for the extra protein!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 clove of garlic, finely grated

juice of half a lemon

salt and fresh pepper to taste


Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl and enjoy!
