Horseradish Aioli
A zingy sauce to adorn any dish on the table is my M.O. If you ever feel like your home cooked food doesn’t quite compare to restaurant meals, sauce is your answer. Keeping a jar of something like this in the fridge is a surefire way to bring the joy back to home cooking, I can promise you that! We love this with fish, potatoes, roast beef, even with eggs...you can’t really go wrong!
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup greek yogurt
finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 garlic clove, finely grated
salt to taste
Directions:
All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients together in a lidded container and you’re ready to go! It will keep in the fridge for up to a week (if it lasts that long :)
