A Simple Honey Mustard Dressing

Did you know you could just mix half honey and half a delicious grainy mustard together to have the simplest and most delicious honey mustard you’ve ever tasted? I don’t know if you’ve looked at the back of a dressing bottle recently and seen the novel’s worth of words used to list the ingredients out. Two, that’s all it takes and I’ll bet they are two you always have on hand. We love this served with grilled chicken or drizzled over a simple salad of butter lettuce and arugula with carrots. Simple, delicious, and so, so much better for you than the store bought stuff.

Ingredients:

one part raw honey

one part mustard

(we usually make this as needed so stick with about 2 tablespoons of each)

Directions:

Mix the honey and mustard together in a bowl. That’s it! The key to the best taste is using honey and mustard that are delicious on their own!

We buy local Georgia (we’re only 5 minutes from the Georgia state line) raw honey from our Costco and this grainy mustard is our go-to.
