Lemon Parsley Aioli

My love for a creamy, tart, herby sauce to pour over my plate never ends! This one is perfect midwinter, when a pop of brightness is just what we need to get through the week.


Ingredients:

¼ cup mayonnaise

¼ greek yogurt

½ teaspoon dijon mustard

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

juice of ½ lemon

a bit of honey


Mix all of the ingredients in a lidded container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
