Lemony Yogurt Sauce

This sauce makes an appearance weekly in our house. It make the perfect dipping sauce for grilled chicken breast and oven roasted meatballs alongside a pile of sliced cucumbers tangled with red onion and a beautifully fluffy naan on the side. Ah, that’s heaven on a plate in my humble (and very simple :) opinion.


Ingredients:

1 cup greek yogurt

juice from 1 lemon

1 clove garlic, grated

salt to taste


Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients together in a lidded container and store in the fridge for a week (if it lasts that long).
