Honey Lime Slaw

A non-creamy slaw that brings a bit of citrus sweetness and crunch to whatever you put it on!


Ingredients:

Makes 8 servings

1/2 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced

juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon honey

salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

In a big storage container or bowl, toss the slaw ingredients together and set aside to let the flavors mingle. It will store well in the fridge for about 3-5 days!
