Chimichurri Sauce

You can’t go wrong with a punchy green sauce drizzled over a pile of meat and vegetables. This one takes herbaceous greens and adds a punch of vinegar to bring a zing. The best part is that it takes longer to clean the blender than it does to make the whole sauce!


Ingredients:

1 cup cilantro or parsley or a mix

2 cloved garlic

juice from 2 limes

pinch of red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons olive oil


Directions:

Blend all of the chimichurri ingredients in your blender until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
